Pastor of Worship and Communications
Marineview is a multi-generational, multi-ethnic community church in the Dunbar-Southlands neighbourhood of Vancouver
seeking to welcome and love all people into the joy and freedom of Jesus.
Start date: September 1, 2025
Hours of work: 20 hours per week
Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000 depending on experience
The ideal candidate will:
Have a pastoral heart, love Jesus and people, and be a wise and gentle leader
Be a skilled worship leader and mentor
Be able to maintain relationships of trust with other staff and volunteers
Be an excellent communicator who is fluent in English and able to use Microsoft word and Excel
Have capacity to grow into a ¾ time role, and be comfortable with the possibility of more senior leadership in the future
