New Provincial Health Orders

Marineview will continue to hold regular, weekly in-person worship services. These gatherings will be offered in hybrid form (where people can join online through Zoom, as well as attend in-person), so as to provide space for people to worship where they are most comfortable.

We recognize that as we relax many of the measures that have been in place for the last two years there will be varying levels of comfort and different preferences. As is the case in other areas of community life, we encourage everyone to be sensitive to the personal choices of others and to extend kindness and love to each other.

  1. Masks - You are welcome to attend Marineview with or without a mask, as you feel comfortable.

  2. Seating - The first 3 rows of pews in the sanctuary will be designated as socially-distanced seating. Anyone who sits in those seats will be asked to maintain a distance of 2 meters between households and masks will be mandatory.

  3. Ventilation - Doors and windows will be kept open for ventilation. Please dress warmly when there is cool weather!

  4. Communion - As is our tradition, we will be celebrating communion weekly. If you’re joining us online, we invite you to gather something to eat and to drink. For those of you in the building, we’re happy to be able to provide communion for you.
